Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your To Whom It May Blaze order as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.
Returns
As our greeting cards are printed to order and designed for special occasions, we can only accept returns if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
To request a return, please email hello@towhomitmayblaze.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days once we’ve confirmed the issue.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to place a new order after your refund is processed.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised/custom cards or products.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or storage issues.
- Cards that have been written in or altered in any way.
Sale Items & Promotions
Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Shipping Costs
If we’ve made a mistake or the product is faulty, we’ll cover return postage.
If you’re returning for any other reason (and it has been agreed), return shipping will be your responsibility.
